摘要
对于一个班级来说,班主任这一身份关乎着整个班级的日常"运行"以及其整体精神风貌的展现。因此,在学生言行举止以及思想道德意识得以规范、成长的基础阶段,身为小学班主任更应当充分重视道德教育,在日常的教育教学工作中有意识地培养学生热爱劳动、积极思考的良好习惯,从而使学生在知识接受与实践活动中得到更全面的发展。
For a class,the identity of the head teacher is related to the daily"operation"of the entire class and the display of its overall mental outlook.Therefore,at the basic stage when students’behavior and ideological and moral awareness can be regulated and grown,as a primary school head teacher should pay more attention to moral education,and consciously cultivate students’good habits of loving labor and positive thinking in daily education and teaching work.Enable students to obtain a more comprehensive development in knowledge acceptance and practical activities.
