摘要
在汽车喷涂过程中,旋杯中心孔直径与旋转限幅空气入口交角对涂料的雾化效果具有重要的作用。运用FLUENT软件依据控制变量法,分别对旋杯中心孔直径及旋转限幅空气入口交角及两因素同时对雾化效果的影响关系进行研究,并通过压力分布图和速度曲线图对雾化效果进行描述。通过单因素和双因素对雾化效果影响关系的研究和仿真,有效地提升涂料的雾化效果和汽车的喷涂质量,为选择合理的静电涂装参数提供理论依据和实践指导。
In the process of automobile spraying,the diameter of the central hole and the angle of the entrance of the rotating limiting air plays an important role in coating atomization.Based on the control variable method,FLUENT software was used to study the influence relationship between the diameter of the central hole,the angle of the entrance of the rotating limiting air and the two factors,respectively.The atomization effect was described with the pressure distribution chart and the velocity curve chart.By studying and simulating the influence of single and double factors on the atomization effect,the atomization effect of the coating and the spraying quality of the automobile can be effectively improved,and the theoretical basis and practical guidance for selecting reasonable electrostatic painting parameters can be provided.
