摘要
畜禽养殖业不断发展壮大,已成为农村经济重要增长点,但由于产业布局不合理、种养脱节等问题,致使区域性的环境污染严重。畜禽粪污的环境污染问题已成为制约农业持续发展的重要因素,加强畜禽粪污处理利用尤为必要,不仅能避免环境污染,还能有效缓解能源资源短缺问题,促进农业可持续发展。从建立畜禽粪污养分管理制度、发展种养结合循环农业、提升粪肥利用的智能化水平等方面提出促进畜禽粪污处理利用及可持续发展建议。
Livestock and poultry breeding industry has become an important growth point of rural economy,but regional environmental pollution is serious because of unreasonable industrial layout and disjointed planting and breeding.The environmental pollution of livestock and poultry waste has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of agriculture.It is necessary to strengthen the treatment and utilization of livestock and poultry waste,not only to avoid environmental pollution,but also to effectively alleviate the shortage of energy resources,promoting sustainable development of agriculture.This paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting sustainable development of livestock and poultry waste treatment and utilization from the aspects of establishing nutrient management system of livestock and poultry waste,developing the combined cycle agriculture of planting and breeding,and improving the intelligent level of manure utilization.
