摘要
本文从可行能力的视角理解面向特殊群体阅读能力发展不平衡与不充分的内涵,从阅读意识、阅读技能、阅读资源、阅读评价4个维度提炼出特殊群体阅读可行能力贫困的特征性事实;在此基础上,依托阅读推广提出了特殊群体阅读可行能力提升策略,除了国家、图书馆层面的制度保障,还应从阅读意识、阅读资源、阅读技能、阅读评价4个方面提升特殊群体的阅读可行能力。
From the perspective of feasible ability, this paper understands the connotation of unbalanced and inadequate development of reading ability for special groups, and extracts the characteristic facts of poverty of reading ability for special groups from four dimensions of reading awareness, reading skills, reading resources and reading evaluation. On this basis, based on the promotion of reading, this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the reading ability of special groups. In addition to the institutional guarantee at the national and library level, reading awareness, reading resources, reading skills and reading evaluation should also be improved to improve the reading ability of special groups.
