摘要
近年来,高校图书馆大力开展知识产权信息服务,积极为企业技术创新和产业经济发展服务。但从目前实践情况来看,对于企业技术创新所需的关键技术、核心技术以及竞争对手技术等信息需求,高校图书馆还无法满足。本文通过对部分高校合作企业发放问卷调查和技术人员访谈,概括归纳出企业技术创新对高校知识产权信息服务的6大需求特征,以"互联网+"、搜索技术、专利挖掘为支撑,构建多资源整合、多机构联动、多信息共享的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务供给模式,以期为企业技术创新提供高质、高效的知识产权信息服务。
In recent years, university libraries have vigorously carried out intellectual property information services and actively served the technological innovation of enterprises and the development of industrial economy. However, judging from the current practice, university libraries cannot meet the information needs of key technologies, core technologies and competitors’ technologies required by enterprise technological innovation. Through questionnaires and interviews with technical personnel issued to some cooperative enterprises in universities, this paper summarizes the six demand characteristics of enterprise technological innovation for intellectual property information services in universities, taking Internet+, search technology, supported by patent mining, the intellectual property information service supply mode of university libraries with multi-resource integration, multi-institution linkage and multi-information sharing is constructed in order to provide high-quality and high-efficient intellectual property information services technological innovation of enterprises.
