摘要
为了能够更好地保证人们的安全,推动社会稳定发展,那么就应该积极的制定相应方案,来落实洪水灾害防御措施,在风险管控理念下,更好地对其洪水灾害内容进行研究。文章就先了解基于风险管控理念下洪水防御的四个方面,然后说明基于风险管控理念下洪水灾害防御的相应措施,为各地区洪水灾害防御提供相应策略,推动各地区稳定发展。
In order to better ensure people’s safety and promote social stability and development,we should actively formulate corresponding plans to implement flood disaster preventive measures,and better study the flood disaster content base on the risk control concept. This paper first explains the four aspects of flood preventive measures based on the concept of risk control,and then explains the corresponding measures of flood disaster prevention based on the concept of risk control,which provides corresponding strategies for flood disaster prevention in various regions and promote the stable development of various regions.
