摘要
自我国确立社会主义市场经济体制以来,职业教育校企合作"两张皮"的问题迟迟没有解决。多数研究从国家制度建设的角度提出解决方案,却忽视了市场经济运行的规律。中介组织是市场经济条件下职业教育校企合作的必要基础,中介组织参与职业教育校企合作是由我国市场经济运行模式决定的,它可以节约校企合作的交易成本,如果缺失中介组织参与会导致校企合作的困境更加难以破解。文章通过对美国职业教育中介组织生存发展的考察,认为我国也应转变传统观念,充分认识中介组织的重要作用;建立宽松的社会环境,培育一批服务于职业教育校企合作的中介组织;搭建中介组织网络,广泛构建并巩固校企合作关系;打造专业化中介组织,将校企合作落实到人才培养。
Since the establishment of socialist market economy system in China, problems in vocational school-enterprise cooperation have not been solved. Most studies put forward solutions from the perspective of national system construction,but ignore the law of market economy operation. Intermediary organization is the necessary foundation of vocational school-enterprise cooperation under the condition of market economy. The participation of intermediary organization in vocational school-enterprise cooperation is determined by the operation mode of China’s market economy. It can save the transaction cost of school-enterprise cooperation. If the intermediary organization is absent, the dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation will be more difficult to solve.Based on the experience of American vocational education intermediary organizations in development, function exertion and participation, China should change the traditional concept, fully realizing the important role of intermediary organizations,establish a loose social environment to cultivate a number of intermediary organizations serving vocational school-enterprise cooperation,build intermediary organization network, constructing and consolidating school-enterprise cooperation relationship,and create professional intermediary organization to let the school-enterprise cooperation focus on personnel training.
