摘要
目的系统评价中医皮部疗法辅助治疗高血压的有效性。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Cochrane Library和PubMed数据库,筛选出中医皮部疗法辅助治疗高血压的随机对照试验(RCT),使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索得到4131篇文献,最终纳入15项研究,共计1241例病人。Meta分析结果显示,试验组降压疗效优于对照组[OR=2.97,95%CI(1.92,4.62),P<0.00001],试验组在降低收缩压方面优于对照组[MD=-8.32,95%CI(-9.16,-7.48),P<0.00001],试验组在降低舒张压方面优于对照组[MD=-3.80,95%CI(-5.14,-2.47),P<0.00001]。结论现有证据表明,中医皮部疗法辅助治疗高血压有较好的疗效,但由于本研究有一定局限性,结论还需更多高质量研究加以验证。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine cutaneous regions therapy as adjuvant treatment of hypertension.Methods China Journal Full-Text Database(CNKI),Chinese science and technology periodical database(VIP),Wanfang database,China Biology Medicine(CBM),PubMed,and Cochrane Library for randomized controlled trials of the data was analysed traditional Chinese medicine cutaneous regions therapy as adjuvant treatment of hypertension were searched.Meta-analysis were used by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 4131 literatures were retrieved,and 15 literatures were included,involving 1241 patients.The result of Meta-analysis showed that the antihypertensive effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group[OR=2.97,95%CI(1.92,4.62),P<0.00001],the decrease of systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was better than that in the control group[MD=-8.32,95%CI(-9.16,-7.48),P<0.00001],and the decrease of diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group was better than that in the control group[MD=-3.80,95%CI(-5.14,-2.47),P<0.00001].Conclusion Current evidence showed that traditional Chinese medicine cutaneous regions therapy as adjuvant treatment of hypertension was an effective method,due to the limitations,and more high-quality researches were needed to verify.
