Research Progress of High Performance Ceramics Prepared by Selective Laser Sintering Technology

摘要 陶瓷激光选区烧结技术(Selective laser sintering,SLS)是制备复杂结构的高性能陶瓷的重要手段之一。近年来SLS成形技术逐步发展,其打印材料、成形工艺和后处理得到了不断优化和改进。本文简要介绍了华中科技大学在SLS成形专用陶瓷粉体的制备、多孔和致密陶瓷的SLS成形及碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料的SLS结合反应熔渗制备方面的研究进展,最后结合一些SLS技术研究的最新进展,对SLS技术在高性能陶瓷制造方面的应用进行展望。 Selective Laser Sintering(SLS)is one of the important technologies for preparing high-performance ceramics with complex structures.In recent years,with the gradual development of SLS,its printing materials,forming process and post-treatment have been continuously optimized and improved.This paper briefly introduces the research progress of Professor Shi Yusheng’s team of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the preparation of ceramic powders for SLS,porous ceramics and dense ceramics prepared by SLS,and silicon carbide ceramic matrix composites prepared by SLS combined with reactive melt infiltration technology.Finally,applications of SLS in high-performance ceramics manufacturing are given based on latest research progress of SLS.
