便携式X射线荧光光谱法快速检测皮革制品中重金属含量 被引量:3

Rapid Determination of Heavy Metals in Leather Products by Portable Energy Dispersion X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 本文研究并建立了便携式能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(P-EDXRF)直接快速测定皮革制品中铅、镉、铬、汞、砷含量的分析方法,考察了该方法的检测精密度和准确度。实验结果表明,各元素相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在2.88%~6.78%之间,铅、汞、砷的检测限均小于2 mg/kg,镉、铬的检测限小于5 mg/kg。并同实验室常规方法湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)的检测结果进行比较,用于验证P-EDXRF法测定结果的准确性。结果表明,P-EDXRF测定值与标准值之间的相对标准偏差小于5%,同实验室常规方法测定值不存在显著性差异。该方法基本上能够满足皮革制品铅、镉、铬、汞、砷元素同时快速分析的要求。 A direct and rapid determination method of Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg and As in leather products samples by portable energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(P-EDXRF)was established.The precision and accuracy of the method were investigated,and the results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)of testing elements were 2.88%-6.78%.The limit of detection for Pb,Hg,As is all less than 2 mg/kg,and the limits of detection for Cd,Cr is all less than 5 mg/kg.The concentrations of the selected heavy metals determined by P-EDXRF and the conventional laboratory analysis-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)were compared to verify its feasibility.The results showed that the relative standard deviation between the P-EDXRF measured values and the values of the standard materials were less than 5%,and there was no significant difference between the two methods.The method could meet the requirements for simultaneous and rapid determination heavy metal Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg and As in leather products.
