ST160C气动物流传输系统运行效率提升研究

摘要 目的通过对ST160C气动物流传输系统性能的改造,提升气动物流传输系统工作效率。方法对气动物流传输系统的监测点、风机动力、软件功能、传输瓶进行问题分析,制定相应的改进措施。结果经过对气动物流系统的改进,气动物流系统的定位精度显著提升,管路区间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),传输时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),风机动力增强,智能化程度提升,降低传输瓶维修成本。结论气动物流传输系统的改进措施切实有效,可供同行执业者借鉴。 Objective To improve the efficiency of the pneumatic tube system through the performance improvement of ST160C pneumatic tube system.Methods The problems of monitoring point,fan power,software function and transmission bottle of pneumatic tube system were analysed,and the corresponding improvement measures were instituted.Results After the improvement of the pneumatic tube system,the positioning accuracy of the pneumatic tube system has been significantly improved,there was significantly different of tube interval length(P<0.05)and transmission time(P<0.05).The fan power was promoted,the intelligence degree has enhanced,and the transmission bottle maintenance cost was reduced.Conclusion The improvement measures of pneumatic tube system are effective and can be used by other practitioners.
