摘要
基于传统领从蹄式鼓式制动器,开发了一种新型的电子驻车鼓式制动器。首先,对电子驻车鼓式制动器的总体机电系统方案进行了设计,然后,对其传动机构和自锁机构的关键参数进行了匹配设计,并对自锁机构进行了CAE强度分析,最后,基于MATLAB/Simscape软件完成了驻车制动性能的整车应用仿真,结果表明,该电子驻车鼓式制动器能够满足车辆驻坡制动的法规要求。
A novel electronic parking drum brake based on the traditional leading shoe drum brake is developed.Firstly,the overall electromechanical system scheme of the electronic parking drum brake is designed.Secondly,the key parameters of its transmission mechanism and self-locking mechanism are matched and designed,and the strength of the self-locking mechanism is analysed by CAE method.Finally,the vehicle application simulation of parking brake performance is conducted based on MATLAB/Simscape software,and the simulation results show that the proposed electronic parking drum brake can meet the regulation requirements of the vehicle parking brake.
