后备箱密封系统失效原因分析

摘要 后备箱漏水问题是关乎整车品质的重要议题之一。由于市场需求后备箱开口尺寸和造型不断变化,这对后备箱密封系统提出了更高的要求。文章从后备箱密封条,钣金法兰边状态以及装配过程三个方面阐述及分析了不同失效模式所带来的漏水风险。从后备箱胶条断面入手,详细介绍了胶条的密封原理以及可造成漏水的因素。钣金方面通过对常见状态的梳理,总结法兰边缺陷对漏水的影响。最后分析了装配过程中需要注意及控制的因素。全文对可造成后备箱密封系统失效的常见影响因素进行了梳理,旨在为现有车型漏水问题分析以及后续车型的开发设计提供帮助,从而从根本上对后备箱漏水问题进行有效控制。 Trunk-lid leakage is one of the critical issues related to vehicle quality.For customer benefit and market demand,the size and shape of box opening are constantly changing,and this demands a higher standard for trunk sealing system.This paper explains and analyzes the leakage risk caused by different failure modes.It states by three aspects,which are trunk-lid sealing strip,sealing flange and assembling process.From trunk-lid sealing aspect,the concept of cross section is introduced in detail.From sealing flange aspect,the author summarized the influence of flange edge defects.Finally,factors regarding assembling process are analyzed.This study aims to assess common factors that can lead to leakage issue,and hence to provide help for leakage analysis and design concept of trunk sealing system.Finally,fundamentally make the leakage issue well controlled.
