摘要
为了验证某驾驶室的可靠性,首先建立驾驶室有限元模型,然后对其进行自由模态分析,分析结果表明其前三阶固有频率均大于激励频率,满足振动特性要求。再对其进行扭转刚度分析,分析结果表明其刚度值和变形量均符合设计要求。
Aiming at verifing the reliability of a cab.Firstly,the finite element model of cab was established.Secondly,it was free modal analyzed,the analysis result showed that its first three frequencies were higher than the vibration frequency,so it could meet the dynamic characteristics requirement.Lastly,its was torsional stiffness analyzed,the analysis result showed that its stiffness and deformation could meet the design requirement.
