摘要
LONELY GUY(LOG)酶是植物激素细胞分裂素(CK)激活酶,是植物芽和根尖分生组织活性的重要调节剂。本研究基于茶树全基因组数据,鉴定出13个LOG基因,对其基因结构、保守基序和系统发育进化等生物信息进行分析,结果表明:13个茶树CsLOG基因在茶树染色体上分布不均;根据进化关系将茶树LOG基因分两个亚家族(G1,G2);启动子顺式作用元件分析与多种激素及非生物响应相关。表达模式分析显示:LOG基因主要在芽、叶和花中表达,不同胁迫处理下表达具有差异,说明CsLOG基因广泛参与茶树生长发育和非生物胁迫响应,本研究为进一步探究CsLOG基因提供参考。
A hormone cytokinin(CK)activating enzyme,lonely guy(LOG)plays important roles in regulating the bud and root meristem activities on plants.From the information of the entire Camellia sinensis genome,this study identified 13 LOG genes in the plant.The structure,chromosome location,cis-elements,and expression patterns of the genes were analyzed.It was found that these CsLOGs were unevenly distributed in chromosome and could be divided into G1 and G2 sub-families based on their phylogenetic properties.Their gene structures were highly conservative,and the cis-acting elements related to a variety of hormones and abiotic responses.The CsLOGs mainly expressed in the buds,leaves,and flowers on a tea plant but varied by stress treatments.It suggested that the genes involved in a broad spectrum of the growth and development as well as the responses to abiotic stresses of the plant.
