摘要
目的:通过对比金钱草茎、叶中槲皮素、山柰素以及铅、镉、铜、汞、砷5种重金属的含量,为金钱草的质量控制以及安全评价提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定槲皮素、山柰素的含量,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定铅、镉、铜、汞、砷的含量。结果:金钱草叶中槲皮素、山柰素以及铅、镉、铜、汞、砷的含量均高于茎。结论:金钱草茎、叶中槲皮素、山柰素和重金属的含量差异较大,茎叶比例不一致,所测得的结果不同,样品均一性是金钱草质量控制的关键。
Objective:To provide basis for the quality control and safety evaluation of the Lysimachia christinae Hance by comparing the contents of quercetin,kaempferol and Pb,Cd,Cu,Hg and As in the stems and leaves of the Lysimachia christinae Hance.Methods:HPLC method was used to determine the contents of quercetin and kaempferol,and ICP-MS method was used to determine the contents of Pb,Cd,Cu,Hg and As.Results:The contents of quercetin,kaempferol,Pb,Cd,Cu,Hg and As in leaves were higher than those in stems.Conclusion:The contents of quercetin,kaempferol and heavy metals in stems and leaves are significantly different,and the proportions of stems and leaves are inconsistent,and the measured results are different.The homogeneity of sample is the key to the quality control of Lysimachia christiane.
