摘要
目的分析盆底功能障碍性疾病采取电生理适宜技术治疗的临床效果。方法选取772例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,运用电生理适宜技术进行盆底康复训练,比较患者干预前后盆底肌力状况、生活质量评分、尿动力学指标及盆腔脏器脱垂程度。结果干预后患者肌力4~5级占比为40.28%,明显高于干预前的13.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者盆腔脏器脱垂-尿失禁性功能问卷(PISQ-12)与盆底功能影响问卷简表(PFIQ-7)评分均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者1小时尿垫实验(1HPrV)指标低于干预前,最大尿道闭合压(PMUC)及Valsalva漏尿点压(PVLP)指标明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后脏器脱垂患者盆腔脱垂程度明显优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对盆底功能障碍性疾病患者运用电生理适宜技术进行康复治疗,能显著提升盆底肌力,降低尿失禁风险,从而改善生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electrophysiological treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 772 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected.The pelvic floor muscle strength,quality of life score,urodynamic index and pelvic prolapse degree were compared before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the ratio of muscle strength grade 4 to 5 was 40.28%,which was significantly higher than that before intervention(13.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of PISQ-12 and PFIQ-7 were significantly lower than those before intervention,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The pad test(1HPRV)at 1 hour after intervention was lower than that before intervention,while the maximum urethral closure pressure(PMUC)and Valsalva leakage point pressure(PVLP)were significantly higher than that before intervention,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The degree of pelvic prolapse in patients with organ prolapse after intervention was significantly better than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using appropriate electrophysiological techniques can significantly improve pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the risk of urinary incontinence,and thus improve the quality of life.
