MRI与超声心动图、心电图在心尖肥厚型心肌病患者诊断中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨MRI与超声心动图、心电图在心尖肥厚型心肌病患者诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2019年2—12月来我院诊治的心尖肥厚型心肌病患者50例,收集患者基本资料,并实施MRI、超声心动图及心电图检查诊断,对比三种方法诊断情况。结果经MRI检查诊断,46例患者为心尖肥厚型心肌病,准确率为92.0%;经超声心动图检查诊断,45例为心尖肥厚型心肌病,准确率为90.0%;经心电图检查诊断,44例为心尖肥厚型心肌病,准确率为88.0%。三种检测诊断方式准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在心尖肥厚型心肌病的临床诊断中实施MRI、超声心动图或者心电图检查,所获结果准确性均较高,其中MRI诊断结果准确性更高,在临床实践时可根据患者自身病情和需求选择相应的方式进行检查诊断,以获得更为准确的结果,继而进一步为疾病治疗提供更为准确且合理的参考依据。 Objective To explore the application effect of MRI,echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(AHCM).Methods A total of 50 patients with AHCM treated in our hospital from February to December 2019 were selected as research objects.The basic data of patients were collected,while MRI,echocardiography and ECG were conducted,and the diagnosis of the three methods were compared.Results 46 patients were diagnosed as AHCM by MRI,and the accuracy rate was 92.0%.45 cases were diagnosed as AHCM by echocardiography,and the accuracy rate was 90.0%.4 cases were diagnosed as AHCM by ECG with an accuracy rate of 88.0%.There was no significant difference in accuracy rate among the three diagnostic methods,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion MRI,echocardiography or electrocardiogram exhibits a higher accuracy in the clinical diagnosis of AHCM,among which MRI is more accurate than the other two methods.In clinical practice,the diagnosis method can be chosen according to the patient′s own condition and needs,in order to obtain more accurate results,and then further provide a more accurate and reasonable reference for disease treatment.
