摘要
目的:探讨应用腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治急性化脓性胆囊炎患者160例,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组采用传统开腹手术;观察组应用腔镜胆囊切除手术。比较两组手术指标水平及胆漏、胆管损伤等并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术操作用时、术中实际出血量、手术切口长度、胃肠恢复时间、住院天数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎患者,可缩短手术操作用时,减少出血量,减轻损伤程度,加快术后恢复进程,具更高安全性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute suppurative cholecystitis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,160 patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis wereselected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 80 cases in each group.The control group used traditional laparotomy.The observation group used laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The operative indexes and the incidence of complications such as bile leakage and bile duct injury were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of operation,the actual amount of blood loss during operation,the length of surgical incision,the recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and the days of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of endoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis can shorten the operation,reduce the amount of blood loss,reduce the degree of injury,speed up the process of postoperative recovery,and has higher safety.
