摘要
汽车的外观品质是衡量整车质量的重要指标,而汽车前部综合问题更是外观品质提升的重点和难点。针对某轿车车型的前大灯与翼子板的间隙匹配问题,通过3DCS三维尺寸链分析软件进行分析,明确前大灯的定位方式、装配工艺、前大灯精度、翼子板冲压精度为主要影响因素。通过优化前大灯的定位方式及结构、装配工艺,提升前大灯精度、翼子板冲压精度等措施并结合实车装配验证,使前大灯与翼子板的匹配间隙由3.5±1.5 mm降低到1.1±0.7 mm,达到DTS的设计要求,极大提升了整车外观的品质。
The appearance quality of a car is an important index to measure the quality of the whole vehicle,and the comprehensive problem of the front part of the car is the key and difficult point to improve the appearance quality.Aiming at the gap matching problem between the headlamp and fender of a car model,the 3D dimension chain analysis software 3 DCS was used to analyze.The positioning mode,assembly process,headlamp accuracy and fender stamping accuracy were the main influencing factors.By optimizing the positioning mode,structure and assembly process of the headlamp,improving the accuracy of the headlamp and the stamping accuracy of the fender,and combining with the actual vehicle assembly verification,the matching gap between the headlamp and fender is reduced from 3.5±1.5 mm to 1.1±0.7 mm,which meets the design requirements of DTS and greatly improves the appearance quality of the whole vehicle.
