摘要
针对多元新技术元素大量接入配电网带来的经济性和安全性问题,提出一种计及需求响应的含分布式电源配电网协调优化调度策略。根据需求响应资源的差异性分析其平抑风电波动的特性,在利用虚拟负荷制定的分时电价峰平谷时段基础上建立优化调度模型,该模型日前调度考虑向上级电网购电费用、DG发电运维费用、需求响应中断电的补偿费用、断电惩罚项以及弃风光惩罚项,以系统的总运行成本最小为优化目标,日内协调优化考虑配电网的运行条件以配电网整体负载率指标最小为优化目标。对南方地区某10 kV配电网进行算例分析,结果表明,所提方法可以有效降低配电网的总运行成本和整体负载率。
In view of the economic and safety problems brought by the large number of multiple new technology elements connected to the distribution network,a coordinated and optimized dispatching strategy for the distribution network with distributed power that takes into account the demand response was proposed.The characteristics of demand response resources to stabilize wind power fluctuations was analyzed according to the difference of demand response resources,and an optimal dispatching model was established on the basis of the peak and valley periods of the time-of-use electricity price established by the virtual load.The model that day-ahead dispatch considering the power purchase cost of the superior grid,the DG power generation operation and maintenance cost,the compensation cost of the demand response power interruption,the power outage penalty and penalty items for abandoning scenery,the optimization goal was to minimize the total operating cost of the system.The within-day coordinated optimization considered the operating conditions of the distribution network and took the minimum overall load rate index of the distribution network as the optimization goal.An example analysis of a 10 kV distribution network in the southern region shows that the method proposed can effectively reduce the total operating cost and overall load rate of the distribution network.
