基于体系标准构建的新风空调性能要求及关键部件热力特性研究

Study on Fresh Air Conditioning Performance Requirements Based on System Standards and Thermal Characteristics of Key Component

摘要 当前新风空调系统已在我国大量公共建筑中获得大规模应用,相应技术标准的构建应运而生,然而新风空调标准体系缺乏归纳构建,基于新风空调系列标准的新风空调关键性能要求仍需规范,而高效换热器作为影响新风空调能耗的关键部件之一,需持续探索。因此归纳构建了新风空调设施的标准体系,通过调研和数据采集研究了新风空调设备性能要求,采用经典管内传热关联式以及管内压降关联式对新型高效蒸发流型全域构建蒸发器(EFGE)的热力性能进行理论计算,并与实验结果进行了对比。研究获得了新风空调设施的标准体系的基本构建以及基于标准体系的新风空调设备关键性能和评价指标要求;在截面质量流量250~750kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1)范围下,EFGE的管内传热系数较普通平行流蒸发器(PFE)提高18.1%~32.2%,在低截面质量流量下,EFGE的管内总压降较PFE低,随着截面质量流量增大,EFGE的管内总压降逐渐超越PFE。此外,通过理论模型与实验结果比较,EFGE理论传热系数和压降的最大偏差分别为14.7%和16.4%。 Now fresh air conditioning system has been applied to public buildings in large-scale in our country,the corresponding technical standard system is built at the historic moment,however,the fresh air conditioning series standard lack of induction and construction,fresh air conditioning performance requirements based on a series of fresh air standard need standardizing.The thermal performance of heat exchanger,one of the key components of fresh air conditioning,still needs to be explored continuously.The standard of the fresh air conditioning system was summarized and built,fresh air-conditioning equipment performance requirements were studied through data collection.The thermal performance theoretical calculation of novel efficient flow pattern global construction evaporator(EFGE)was studied using the classic in-tube heat transfer correlations and in-tube pressure drop correlations,and compared with the experimental results.In the study,the standard system of fresh air conditioning facilities was built basically and the key performance and evaluation index requirements of fresh air conditioning equipment based on the standard system were obtained.In mass flux of 250~750 kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the heat transfer coefficient of the EFGE are 18.1%~32.2%higher than those of parallel flow evaporator(PFE).In small-scale mass flow,total in-tube pressure drop of the EFGE are lower than those of the PFE.With the mass flux increasing,the pressure drop of the EFGE beyond those of the PFE gradually.In addition,comparing the theoretical model results with the experimental results,the maximum deviation of the theoretical heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of the EFGE are 14.7%and 16.4%respectively.
