摘要
长期以来,墨西哥的劳动法一直受到其国内外的批评,被指为造成墨西哥劳动保护状况恶劣的关键原因,也成为墨西哥在国际贸易领域受到美国压力的重要因素。在这一背景下,墨西哥新劳动法出台,保证了美墨加协定在三国的顺利获批和生效,受到世界的关注。文章通过分析这部法律出台的背景、变革的主要内容及可能产生的影响,并结合我国的具体情况,分析可以从墨西哥联邦劳动法变革汲取的经验和启示。
For a long time,Mexico's labor laws have been criticized both inside and outside of the country,and have been cited as a key cause of Mexico's poor labor protection situation,as well as an important factor in the pressure on Mexico from the United States in the international trade arena.Against this background,the introduction of the new Mexican labor law,which ensures the smooth approval and entry into force of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada agreement in the three countries,has received worldwide attention.The article analyzes the background of the introduction of this law,the main contents of the changes and the possible effects,and analyzes the experiences and inspirations that can be learned from the reform of the Mexican federal labor law in the light of the specific situation of our country.
