摘要
通过对野韭菜组织培养过程中外植体及激素配比的研究,建立野韭菜植株再生体系。结果表明,根尖外植体最适合野韭菜离体培养,MS+0.2mg/L 2,4-D+0.5mg/LZT为最佳愈伤组织培养基,MS+1mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/LIAA+0.5mg/LZT为最佳不定芽分化培养基,MS+0.1mg/LNAA为生根培养基,移栽成活率达98%以上。
Regeneration System of wild Chinese chive is established by studying the ratio of explant and hormones in the process of tissue culture. Research shows that the apical explant is most suitable for in vitro culture of wild Chinese chive, MS+0.2 mg/L 2, 4-D+0.5 mg/L ZT is the best medium for callus,MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IAA+0.5 mg/L ZT is the best medium for the differentiation of adventitious buds, MS+0.1 mg/L NAA is used as rooting medium, the survival rate of transplanting is more than 98%.
