摘要
目的:探究鼻内镜治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的价值。方法:2018年3月-2020年4月收治非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。试验组采取鼻内镜治疗;参照组采取药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对治疗效果的满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻内镜治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎,具有较好的疗效,在增加有效率的基础上,能减少治疗相关的不良反应发生率,治疗安全性高。
Objective:To explore the value of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Methods:From March 2018 to April 2020,66 cases of patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by nasal endoscopy.The reference group was treated by drug therapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis shows better therapeutic efficacy,on the basis of promoting the treatment effectiveness of patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis,it reduces the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions,with a better treatment safety.
