摘要
国际化应用技术型人才培养是职业教育适应我国经济发展的必然趋势,“双·动力”项目通过校企紧密合作,在人才培养模式、教学质量管理、课程设置、师资队伍等方面进行创新,使人才培养质量显著提高,也为国际化应用型人才培养模式提供了参考。
Training internationalized applied technical talents is an inevitable trend for vocational education to adapt to China's rapid economic development.Through close cooperation between schools and enterprises,the"dual power"project has made innovations in personnel training mode,teaching quality management,curriculum setting and teaching staff,which has significantly improved the quality of personnel training,but also provided a reference for the training mode of international applied talents.
