摘要
为了分析和掌握影响苏州现代服务业集聚区发展的主要因素,构建了影响服务业集聚区发展的指标体系并作因子分析。为了得到相关指标的数据,对178家苏州工业园区现代服务业集聚区的企业进行了问卷调查。由于调查的数据比较分散,一般的因子分析法处理效果不太理想,表现为寻找的少数几个公因子其累计贡献率不高,为此论文选用优化方法对原始数据进行Box-Cox变换使这寻找的少数几个公因子其累计贡献率最大。实证分析表明,改进的因子分析法使得前面几个公因子就能反映原始指标包含的信息,并使分析结果更可靠。
In order to analyze the main factors affecting the development of the modern service agglomeration area in Suzhou,we established an index system of the service industry agglomeration area influencing the agglomeration area development.We conducted a questionnaire survey on 178 enterprises in Suzhou Industrial Park's modern service agglomeration area.As the data of the survey are scattered,the general factor analysis method is not effective,which shows that the accumulative contribution rate of a few common factors is not high.Therefore,the Box-Cox transformation was used to optimize the original data and the accumulative contribution of a few common factors is the largest.The empirical analysis shows that the first few common factors can reflect the information in the original indicators by using the improved factor analysis method,which makes the analysis results more reliable.
