摘要
渤海地区气井中普遍存在油套管腐蚀现象,严重者造成油套同压。为了解油套管腐蚀原理,推测套管剩余强度及寿命,以5口油套同压气井为例,调研了油套管设计数据和气井运行工艺数据,基于Fame+软件分析了油套管腐蚀机理、腐蚀速率和敏感性,根据环空压力控制原理分析预测了生产套管剩余强度及检测时间。分析结果表明,CO2腐蚀和细菌腐蚀为油套管腐蚀的主要因素;5口井油套管腐蚀速率在0.248~1.67 mm/a。
There is a common phenomenon of tubing and casing corrosion in gas wells in Bohai area,and serious corrosion will result in the same pressure in tubing and casing.In order to understand the principle of tubing and casing corrosion and estimate the residual strength and service life of casing,taking five gas wells with same pressure of tubing and casing as examples,the design data of tubing and casing and the operation process data of the gas wells were investigated.The corrosion mechanism,corrosion rate and corrosion sen⁃sitivity of tubing and casing were analyzed based on fame+software,and the residual strength and recommended test time of production casing were analyzed and predicted according to the principle of annular pressure control.The results show that CO2 corrosion and bac⁃terial corrosion are the main factors of tubing and casing corrosion;The corrosion rate of tubing and casing in 5 gas wells is 0.248~1.670 mm/a.
