摘要
采用衰减全反射红外光谱分析方法对塑料件表面黑色物质进行成分分析,并与塑料件上正常区域的材料进行对比分析。分析表明,塑料件的材料为PC+ABS共混物,由于塑料件的局部区域混入了黑色的PA66而造成零件混料位置表面呈现黑色。衰减全反射红外光谱分析法可用于快速分析汽车非金属零件的质量问题,尤其是混料或异物等与材料相关的问题。
The technique of ATR(Attenuated Total Refraction)-FTIR analysis is adopted to analyze the black substance on the surface of the plastic part,which is compared with materials on the normal area of the plastic part.The analysis shows that the plastic part is made of PC+ABS blend,and the black area is caused by the mixture with black PA66.The ATR-FTIR analytical method can be used for quick analysis to the quality problems of non-metal parts on the vehicle,especially the problem pertinent to the wrong mixture between different materials or foreign substances.
