摘要
构建动力透平行业深入分析平台体系,能够实现动力透平装备高效稳定运行,持续降低设备维护维修成本,营造新型透平设备及服务生态系统。文章介绍了通过在透平关键部位布置传感器构建海上平台透平数据模型,建立透平运行数据深入分析平台,实现透平故障智能预警。
The construction of a platform system for in-depth analysis of the power turbine industry can realize the efficient and stable operation of power turbine equipment,continuously reduce the maintenance cost of equipment,and create a new turbine equipment and service ecosystem.This paper introduces the construction of offshore platform turbine data model by setting up sensors in key parts of turbine,and establishing a deep analysis platform for turbine operation data,and realizing intelligent warning of turbine failure.
