石粉自密实混凝土在松林水库堆石混凝土大坝工程中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 堆石混凝土筑坝技术是我国发明的新型筑坝技术,具有质量可靠、工艺简便、经济快速、不易开裂等特点,已在国内上百座大坝工程中成功应用。自密实混凝土是用于充填堆石空隙的核心材料,由于需要较多的粉体实现自密实性能,往往需要使用大量的粉煤灰作为掺合料。在西南地区粉煤灰资源相对缺乏,因此结合松林水库堆石混凝土大坝工程开展了石灰石粉自密实混凝土的应用研究,开展了采用粉煤灰、石粉两种掺合料的单掺、双掺对比试验,从自密实性能、力学性能、耐久性指标和水化热温升等论证了其基本性能,并进行了制备工艺与效益的分析,论证了石粉自密实混凝土应用于堆石混凝土大坝工程的可行性,对于西南粉煤灰缺乏地区发展应用堆石混凝土筑坝技术具有显著的意义。 Rock-filled concrete dam construction technology is a new type of dam construction technology invented in my country.It has the characteristics of reliable quality,simple technology,fast economy,and hard to crack.It has been successfully applied in hundreds of dam projects in China.Self-compacting concrete is the core material used to fill the voids of rockfills.Because more powder is required to achieve self-compacting performance,a large amount of fly ash is often used as an admixture.Fly ash resources are relatively scarce in Southwest China.Therefore,combined with Songlin Reservoir′s rock-filled concrete dam project,the application research of limestone powder self-compacting concrete has been carried out,and the single admixture and double admixture of fly ash and stone powder.Contrasting tests demonstrated its basic performance from self-compacting performance,mechanical properties,durability indicators and hydration heat temperature rise,and analyzed the preparation process and benefits,and demonstrated the application of stone powder self-compacting concrete to rock-filled concrete dams.The feasibility of the project is of significant significance for the development and application of rock-filled concrete dam technology in areas lacking fly ash in Southwest China.
