摘要
大功率高转矩密度吊舱永磁推进电机因功率大、转矩密度高,其电磁参数、结构强度、绕组温升等制约电机性能水平。本文根据一台8MW吊舱永磁推进电机设计实例,给出了电机参数选取原则,对电机进行电磁场、应力场、温度场多物理场仿真计算,对电机气隙磁密、空载反电势、涡流损耗、转子冲片强度和永磁体、定子绕组与铁心温升分布等计算结果进行了分析,结果表明电机具有较好的运行性能。
Because of the high-power and high-torque density of pod permanent magnet propulsion motor,its electromagnetic parameters,structural strength,and winding temperature rise restrict the performances of the motor.Aiming at an 8MW pod permanent magnet propulsion motor,the design of it is introduced.Firstly,the principle of motor parameter selection is presented.Then,the multiple physical fields of the electromagnetic field,stress field,and temperature field are simulated.And then,the calculation results of the air gap magnetic density,no-load back EMF,eddy current loss,rotor blade strength and the temperature rise distribution of permanent magnet,stator winding and iron core are analyzed.The calculation results show that the motor has good running performances.
