摘要
本文利用TRIZ创新方法提高燃料电池增湿器的增湿能力。通过TRIZ冲突分析、物质-场、“小人法”模型构建、分析与求解,获得8个解决方案,针对解决方案进行可行解的失效分析,最终确定两种组合解,并通过样机研制及试验证明其有效性。
In this paper,TRIZ innovative method is used to improve the humidifying capacity of fuel cell humidifier.Firstly,eight solutions are obtained through building models,analyzing and solving with conflict analysis and material-filed analysis.Then,according to the failure analysis of feasible solutions,two combinational solutions are finally determined.The validity of the method is proved by prototype tests.
