摘要
针对盾构机支撑环密封滑道加工工艺复杂及滑道易磨损致使密封支撑环非正常失效的问题,提出利用SK5耐磨带代替淬火钢耐磨带设计密封滑道的方法。并依据SK5耐磨薄板的特点,提出合理的焊接、安装工艺,成功地将密封耐磨带安装在支撑环件上。在制造过程中,焊接耐磨带成熟可行,热装耐磨密封带工艺简单,节省了支撑环表面热处理所需的费用及时间。在工程应用中,耐磨带构成的密封滑道表面始终没有出现裂纹,且磨损量小,提高了耐磨滑道的耐磨性及盾构机主驱动密封系统的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of complex processing technology and abnormal failure of the sealing support ring caused by easy wear of the shield tunneling support ring sealing slide,a sealing slide design method using SK5 wear-resisting belt instead of hardened steel wear-resisting belt was proposed.According to the characteristics of SK5 wear-resisting sheet,the reasonable welding and installation process was put forward,and the sealing wear-resisting belt was successfully installed on the support ring.In the manufacturing process,the welding wear-resisting belt is mature and feasible,and the process of hot loading wear-resisting sealing belt is simple,which saves the cost and time required by heat treatment of the surface of the support ring.In engineering application,there is no crack on the surface of the sealing slide formed by the wearresisting belt,and the wear amount is small,which improves the wear resistance of the wear-resisting slide and the reliability of the main drive sealing system of the shield machine.
