摘要
目的通过meta分析对中西医结合治疗睑缘炎的临床疗效做数据研究。方法采用主题词与自由词相结合的检索方式检索中西医结合治疗睑缘炎的相关文献及其他学术资料,其中使用的中文文献数据库有知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文摘数据库(CBM),以及常用且公认的外文数据库(PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library)。此外,为避免遗漏,同时查找了中国临床注册中心。根据纳入与排除标准对检索的文献进行综合筛选,对入选文献进行文献质量综合评估时采用改良Jadad量表及Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具,并使用Stata软件对中西医结合治疗睑缘炎的疗效相关文献进行meta分析。结果共纳入符合条件的文献7篇,共包含462例病例,其中治疗组250例,对照组212例。睑缘炎患者治疗组与对照组的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(比值比=3.911,95%置信区间2.669~5.729,Z=7.0,P<0.05)。结论睑缘炎的中西医结合治疗总有效率明显优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Blepharitis through meta-analysis.Methods The literature and other academic materials on the treatment of blepharitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were searched by combining subject words and free words.Among them,Chinese literature databases were CNKI database,WIP database,Wanfang database,China Biomedical Abstraction Database(CBM),as well as commonly used and recognized foreign language databases(PubMed database,Embase database,Cochrane Library).In addition,to avoid omissions,Chinese clinical registries were also searched.According to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and modified Jadad Manual,Cochrane risk bias assessment tool,the data of the screened literature was extracted and the quality of screened literature was evaluated.The meta-analysis of the studies involved was earned out by Stata software to compare the clinical outcome of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on the therapies of Blepharitis.Results A total of 7 eligible trials were involved,including 462 patients,with 250 patients in the treatment group and 212 patients in the control group.The efficacy index of Blepharitis patients in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(OR=3.911,95%CI 2.669-5.729,Z=7.0,P<0.05).Conclusion The total effective rate of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for blepharitis is obviously better than that of western medicine alone.
