摘要 该研究在立德树人背景下,以《水产品营养与烹饪》课程为载体,探索食品类专业课程思政元素的挖掘以及融入路径和方法,通过课程思政改革,实现专业课和思政课协同育人,为渔业发展培养德智体美劳全面发展的建设者。 Under the background of morality education,the research uses the course"Aquatic Nutrition and Cooking"as the carrier to explore the ideological and political elements of food professional courses and the ways and methods to integrate with professional courses.Through curriculum ideological and political reforms,professional courses are realized.Cooperate with ideological and political courses to educate people,and cultivate builders for the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and labor for fishery development.
