摘要 以糠醛精制油为研究对象,考察了其单独作为加氢裂化原料和加氢裂化掺炼原料的可行性。结果表明:转化深度对于加氢裂化工艺加工糠醛精制油得到的产品结构和产物性质有明显影响,随着转化深度增加柴油产品收率基本稳定而尾油产品收率下降明显,航煤产品收率增幅最大,由24.3%提高至32.89%,产品性质优异;糠醛精制油与减压蜡油混合进行加氢裂化,掺炼比例在10%~30%的范围内对于产物分布影响不大,液体产品收率高且化学氢耗较低,产品附加值高,经济效益突出,应用前景广泛。 Taking furfural refined oil as the research object,the feasibility of using furfural refined oil as hydrocracking blending feedstock or hydrocracking feedstock alone was investigated.The results showed that the conversion depth had a significant impact on the product distribution and product properties of furfural refined oil hydrocracking process.With the increase of conversion depth,the yield of tail oil decreased significantly,and the yield of diesel oil remained unchanged at 8%~9%.The yield of naphtha,heavy naphtha and aviation kerosene increased to varying degrees,among which the yield of aviation kerosene increased the most from 24.3%to 32.89%,and the product properties were excellent;the mixture of furfural refined oil and vacuum wax oil for hydrocracking had little effect on the product distribution in the range of 10%~30%,and the liquid product yield was high and the chemical hydrogen consumption was low,and the product added value was higher,economic benefit was better,and application prospect was wider.
