摘要
测试了分子筛和活性炭在液氮温区低压下对空气、CO_(2)、N_(2)、Ar、H_(2)、He的吸附等温线.分析10-4Pa至10-1Pa范围的吸附等温线特性.试验表明:不同种类吸附剂在液氮温区对相同吸附质的吸附等温线趋势大致相同;吸附剂对气体的低温吸附与吸附质沸点有关,吸附量排列为CO_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2)>He;平衡吸附压力5×10^(-2)Pa时分子筛对CO_(2)、N_(2)的吸附大于活性炭,压力小于10^(-3)Pa时活性炭对CO_(2)、N_(2)的吸附大大高于分子筛.
The adsorption isotherms of air and C0_(2),N_(2),Ar,H_(2)and He under molecular sieve and activated carbon at low pressure in liquid nitrogen temperature were tested.The adsorption isotherms in the range of lO^(-3)Pa to 10'Pa were analyzed.The results show that the adsorption isotherms of different adsorbents on the same adsorbate in the liquid nitrogen temperature range tend to be the same;The low temperature adsorption of the adsorbent is related to the boiling point of the adsorbate,and the adsorption capacity is arranged as C0_(2)>N_(2)>H_(2)>He;When the equilibrium adsorption pressure is 5><102Pa,the adsorption of C0_(2)and N_(2)on the molecular sieve is greater than that on the activated carbon,and when the pressure is less than 10?Pa,the adsorption of C0_(2)and N_(2)on the activated carbon is much higher than that on the molecular sieve.
