摘要
针对某石化公司高压换热器隔膜密封盘(材质为316L奥氏体不锈钢)泄漏问题,采用电子探针(EMPA)分析隔膜密封盘裂纹形态、晶界及裂纹内成分特点。利用ANSYS有限元软件对隔膜密封盘进行应力分析,预测隔膜密封盘载荷分布情况。结合换热器实际工况参数及检修历程,综合分析隔膜密封盘开裂原因。结果表明:换热器在服役过程中,密封盘在介质作用下发生晶间腐蚀现象;在换热器管箱中的H2S及Cl-腐蚀性介质及密封盘拉应力状态作用下,密封盘发生应力腐蚀开裂。
Owing to the leakage problem of diaphragm seal plate(316 L austenitic stainless steel) installed in the high pressure heat exchanger of a petrochemical industries Co.,morphologies of cracks, grain boundaries characteristics for the failed diaphragm seal plate, and chemistries along grain boundaries and cracks were analyzed by electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA).With ANSYS finite element software, stress analysis of diaphragm seal plate was carried out.The failure reason of diaphragm seal plate was analyzed in detail on the basis of operating parameters along with servicing course.The resutts show that in the operation course of heat exchanger, intergranular corrosion phenomenon takes place due to corrosion caused by the medium in heat exchange.Moreover, stress corrosion occurs in diaphragm seal plate under simultaneous attacks of tensile stress distributed in the seal plate and corrosive mediums of H2S and Cl- within tube tank for heat exchanger.
