摘要
"双一流"建设背景下,高校服务区域社会发展是高等教育治理体系与治理能力现代化应有之义,是建设高等教育强国的必由之路,是培育"同类竞争、多元发展"高校生态的必然选择。高校要在学科交叉融合上体现行业特色,要在专业准入退出上契合区域产业,要在人才引进培养上对接地方需求,要在产学研用智库上服务社会关切,积极主动服务区域社会发展。
Universities’serving the regional social development,under the background of constructing"dual first-class"universities,bears the meanings of modernization of higher education governance system and governance ability.It is the only way to build a powerful higher education country and the inevitable choice to cultivate the university ecology of"similar competition but diversified development".Universities should embody the industry features in the interdisciplinary integration;fit the regional industry in the professional access and exit;meet the local demand in the talent cultivation;satisfy the social requirements in think-tank of industry,education and research;and actively serve the regional social development.
