摘要
为了明确宁夏地区奶牛犊牛腹泻源性大肠埃希氏菌的分离率、耐药情况和LEE毒力岛eaeA和ler基因的携带情况,采集宁夏5市16个规模化奶牛场1~2月龄犊牛病理性腹泻样本157份,采用微生物学方法培养、VITEK 2 Compact生化鉴定和PCR鉴定,应用PCR方法进行分离株LEE相关基因检测。结果分离鉴定到大肠埃希氏菌62株,对四环素耐药率为100%,对阿莫西林、氟苯尼考、哌拉西林等9种药物的耐药率大于90.00%,对阿米卡星较为敏感,耐药率为11.29%;LEE毒力岛eaeA基因的检出率为11.29%(7/62),ler基因的检出率为79.03%(49/62),二者同时检出率为3.23%(2/62)。结果表明,LEE的存在,可能是某些奶牛场犊牛腹泻大肠埃希氏菌病的原因之一,建议临床治疗犊牛腹泻大肠埃希氏菌病可以首选阿米卡星。
The purpose of this study was to determine the isolation rate,drug resistance and the carrying of eaeA and ler LEE related genes of E.coli from diarrhea calves(1-2 months)in Ningxia.157 anal swab samples were collected from 16 scale dairy farms in 5 cities cultured by microbiology,identified by VITEK 2 compact biochemistry and PCR methods.LEE-related genes were detected by PCR.The results showed that 62 strains of E.coli were isolated,The drug resistance rate of the isolates to tetracycline was 100%,to amoxicillin,florfenicol,pipracil and other nine kinds of drugs were>90%,and sensitive to amikacin,the resistance rate was 11.29%.Detection rate of eaeA and ler genes were 11.29%(7/62)and 79.03%(49/62)respectively,both simutaneous detection rate was 3.23%(2/62).In conclusion,one of the reasons caused calves diarrhea by E.coli was carrying LEE,clinical treatment of diarrhea calves caused by E.coli can choose amikacin first.
