摘要
依据安全生产法中对煤矿企业安全投入的要求,利用专家打分法和序关系法,对安全生产法中安全投入要求进行权重确定;然后利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数构建煤矿安全投入优化模型,并利用JM煤矿近年来的安全投入资金,运用matlab进行多次迭代运算,得到该煤矿在安全生产、安全工程、采矿工艺升级、安全管理改造和安全培训方面合理的安全投入配置,为今后煤矿安全生产投入提供了依据。
According to the safety input requirements of coal mining enterprises based on Safety Production Law,this paper adopts the specialist marking methods and the sequence relations to decide the weights of the investment requirements in the production law,and then uses Cobb-Douglas production function to build the coal mine safety input optimization model,uses the JM mine’s safety investment funds in recent years and MATLAB to perform multiple iterative calculations to obtain a reasonable allocation of coal safety inputs,safety engineering,mining technology upgrade,safety management transformation and safety training in the coal mine safety production,which provides a basis for future coal mine safety production inputs.
