摘要
目的探讨补阳还五汤加减联合大剂量黄芪对脑出血后遗症患者神经功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在丹东市中心医院治疗的50例脑出血后遗症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组25例采取常规治疗,试验组25例在常规治疗的基础上使用补阳还五汤加减联合大剂量黄芪进行治疗。比较患者治疗后7 d、1个月、3个月FMA评分以及神经功能缺损程度积分。结果试验组患者治疗后7 d、1个月、3个月FMA评分以及神经功能缺损程度积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对脑出血后遗症患者采用补阳还五汤加减联合大剂量黄芪治疗的临床效果显著,明显改善FMA评分,减少神经功能缺损情况,值得推广。
To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with large dose of Astragalus on neurological function and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae. Methods From January 2019 to June 2020 in Dandong Central Hospital,50 patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The control group of 25 cases was treated with conventional treatment. The experimental group of 25 cases was given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with large dose of Astragalus on the basis of routine therapy. After treatment of 7 days,a month and 3 months,FMA ratings and nerve function defect degree score was compared. Results FMA score and neurological defect score at 7 days,1 month and 3 months after treatment in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For patients with sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage,the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with large dose of astragalus is significant,FMA score is significantly improved,and neurological defect is reduced,which is worthy of promotion.
