摘要
乡村初任教师队伍建设是提升乡村教育质量、推进乡村振兴战略的重要议题,其中身份认同危机是亟待解决的核心问题。通过对15位乡村初任教师的访谈发现,其身份认同危机产生的动因是在乡村教育情境中身体离散与对“局外人”设定界限,过程表征为共同经历匮乏与共享情感状态缺失,结果表现为社会关系符号模糊与群体团结消散。缓解乡村初任教师身份认同危机,应凝聚共识,积极搭建乡村初任教师合法的边缘性参与机制;赋权增能,鼓励其基于共同愿景开展校本研究;变革制度,明晰新时期乡村教师的时代使命。
The construction of novice rural teaching staff is an important issue to improve the quality of rural education and promote the strategy of rural revitalization,and the indentity crisis is the core problem in the process.Through an interview with 15 novice teachers in rural areas,it is found that the causes of the identity crisis of rural teachers are the separation of the body and the setting of boundaries for“outsiders”in the rural educational context,the process of which is characterized by the deficiency of common experience and the absence of shared emotions.The results are the vagueness of social relation symbols and the disappearance of group unity.To alleviate the identity crisis of novice rural teachers,we should build consensus and establish a legal and marginal participation mechanism for them,empower and encourage them to carry out school-based research based on a common vision,and reform the system to clarify their mission in the new era.
