摘要
吉兰-巴雷综合征是免疫介导的急性炎症性多发性周围神经病,目前认为该病的发生是细胞及体液免疫的共同作用结果。周围神经在T细胞、B细胞和错误识别自身组织的抗体作用下,神经脱髓鞘和轴索出现损伤,自体组织损伤释放的蛋白进入脑脊液中,比如S100B蛋白、14-3-3蛋白等。炎症导致血脑屏障通透性增高,脑脊液蛋白量增加。这些异常进入脑脊液的蛋白在GBS诊断和预后判断上提供了有效的帮助与参考,并且在其他神经系统疾病的诊断及预后评估方面也有很大的作用。为此,该次对吉兰-巴雷脑脊液蛋白标志物作了一综述。
Guillain-Barre syndrome is an immune-mediated acute inflammatory multiple peripheral neuropathy.At present,it is believed that the occurrence of the disease is the result of the combined effect of cellular and humoral immunity.Peripheral nerves are damaged by T cells,B cells,and antibodies that misrecognize their own tissues.Nerve demyelination and axonal damage occur.The proteins released from the damage of autologous tissues enter the cerebrospinal fluid,such as S100B protein and 14-3-3 protein.Inflammation leads to increased permeability of the blood-brain barrier and increased cerebrospinal fluid protein content.These abnormal proteins that enter the cerebrospinal fluid provide effective help and reference in the diagnosis and prognosis of GBS.And they also play a great role in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of other neurological diseases.For this reason,this article has made a review of Guillain-Barre for cerebrospinal fluid protein markers.
