摘要
兴平市土地利用总体规划修编已实行4年,与客观发展需求之间的不协调、不适应问题日益突出,亟须调整。文章从耕地保有量、基本农田保护面积、城乡建设用地规模等方面进行分析,全面评估兴平市土地利用总体规划的实施情况,为后续国土空间规划编制提供依据。
The General Land Use Plan of Xingping City has been implemented for 4 years.The incoordination and incompatibility between it and the objective development needs have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to adjust the plan.In order to provide a basis for the compilation of future land and space planning,this paper analyzes the amount of cultivated land,the protection area of basic farmland,and the scale of urban and rural construction land,and comprehensively evaluates the implementation of the General Land Use Plan of Xingping City.
