摘要
党的十九大报告中将实施乡村振兴战略提高至国家战略层面。而乡村振兴的真正目标不仅是缩小城乡之间的差距,更是要实现乡村自身的全面振兴,促使其绿色可持续发展。文章在探索韧性理念与乡村振兴逻辑关联的基础上,建构切实可行的乡村韧性评价体系,并对苏南地区的乡村韧性进行评价,针对基本判断结果与问题,从社会、经济、环境和文化四个方面提出"人口多元、产业振兴、生态宜居和乡风传承"等方法和路径,从而探索一条苏南乡村振兴的有效路径。
In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has been raised to the national strategic level.The real goal of rural revitalization is not only to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,but also to realize the overall revitalization of the village itself and promote its green and sustainable development.Based on the exploration of the logical connection between the concept of resilience and rural revitalization,the paper constructs a practical and feasible evaluation system for rural resilience,and evaluates the resilience of rural areas in southern Jiangsu.Based on the basic judgment results and problems,the four aspects of society,economy,environment and culture are discussed.In order to explore an effective path for rural revitalization in southern Jiangsu,the methods and paths of"population diversification,industrial revitalization,ecological livability,and rural heritage"have been proposed.
