摘要
社区是城市的重要组成部分,随着城市的发展,我国面临老旧社区更新改造的问题。社区更新也成为了城市治理现代化的重要内容之一。社区具有物质空间和精神空间双重属性,因此老旧社区不仅需要基础设施升级、环境优化,还需要对社区的可持续发展进行探索。美国纽约的"东纽约邻里计划"以社区可持续发展为理念,从土地使用、住房保障、经济发展、公共空间营造四个方面对社区进行更新。如何保证老旧社区的可持续发展,我国可借鉴其更新策略。文章在分析"东纽约邻里计划"的基础上提出了对我国的启示。
The community is an essential part of the city.With the development of the city,our cities are facing the problem of renewal and transformation of old communities.Community renewal has also become an important part of modernization governance.The community has the dual attributes of material space and spiritual space.Therefore,old communities not only need to upgrade infrastructure and optimize the environment,but explore the sustainable development of the community as well.The"Eastern New York Neighborhood Plan"in New York,USA takes the sustainable development of the community as the concept and updates the community from land use,housing security,economic development,and public space creation.In order to ensure the sustainable development of old communities,our cities should learn from its renewal strategy.The paper puts forward the enlightenment for our country based on the analysis of the"Eastern New York Neighborhood Plan".
