测量设备字符自动识别系统的设计和应用

摘要 工业生产中需要对加工出来的工件进行测量检测,很多检测信息都由工人完成填写,容易出现错填、漏填、信息上传不及时等问题,导致检测效率低,影响生产流程管理。本文对检测信息的字符特征进行分析,设计了字符自动识别系统。该系统采用图像分割、图像校正、形态学处理等多种图像处理方法,在定位字符区域的同时,减低了干扰因素的影响,最后使用模板匹配方法对检测结果进行字符识别。经过现场应用证实,该系统具有较好的识别率,整个处理过程在1秒内完成,提高了工件检测效率。 In industrial production,it is necessary to measure and detect the processed workpieces.Many detection information is filled in by workers.It is easy to cause problems such as wrong filling,missing filling and untimely information upload,which leads to low detection efficiency and affects the production process management.This paper analyzes the character features of detection information and designs an automatic character recognition system.The system uses image segmentation,image correction,morphological processing and other image processing methods to locate the character region and reduce the influence of interference factors.Finally,the template matching method is used for character recognition of the detection results.The system has a good accuracy though testing and the whole process is within 1 second,which improves the efficiency of workpiece detection.
