摘要
目的评估系统化护理培训干预模式对肿瘤专业护理工作人员提升临床带教方面能力的价值。方法针对2018年7月—2019年7月综合性医院肿瘤放疗科就职的10名肿瘤专业护理工作人员运用传统护理培训干预模式,针对2019年8月—2020年8月综合性医院肿瘤放疗科就职的10名肿瘤专业护理工作人员运用系统化护理培训干预模式,统计护理工作操作技能方面考查分值、护理专业理论知识方面考查分值、评判性思维项目考查分值、带教积极性项目考查分值、沟通能力项目考查分值、科研能力项目考查分值、护理专业带教方面质量评估分数、护理文书方面书写质量评估分数、对于带教能力满意状况总体计算数值。结果运用系统化护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员护理工作操作技能、护理专业理论知识方面考查分值相比运用传统护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运用系统化护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员评判性思维、带教积极性、沟通能力、科研能力项目考查分值相比运用传统护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运用系统化护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员护理专业带教、护理文书书写等质量评估分数相比传统护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运用系统化护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员对于带教能力满意度相比运用传统护理培训干预模式的护理工作人员高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤放疗科肿瘤专业护理工作人员选用系统化护理培训干预模式能够促进其临床带教方面能力得以提高。
Objective To evaluate the training value of systematic nursing training intervention mode implemented in oncology professional nursing staff to improve their clinical teaching ability.Methods This article was aimed at 10 professional oncology nursing staff who worked in the oncology radiotherapy department of general hospitals from July 2018 to July 2019 using the traditional nursing training intervention model,targeting the general hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 of 10 oncology professional nursing staff employed in the Department of Oncology and Radiotherapy used systematic nursing training and intervention models to count the scores of nursing work skills,nursing professional theoretical knowledge,critical thinking items,and teaching enthusiasm project test scores,communication ability project test scores,scientific research ability project test scores,nursing professional teaching quality evaluation scores,nursing document writing quality evaluation scores,and overall calculated values for satisfaction with teaching ability.Results The scores of the nursing staff using the systematic nursing training intervention model in nursing work skills and nursing professional theoretical knowledge were higher than those of the nursing staff using the traditional nursing training intervention model,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the scores of critical thinking items,the enthusiasm for teaching,the scores of communication skills,and the scores of scientific research ability of nursing staff in the systemic nursing training intervention model to the nursing staff were higher than that uses the traditional nursing training intervention model,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing staff who used the systematic nursing training intervention model had higher quality evaluation scores in nursing professional teaching and the quality evaluation scores in the writing of nursing documents compared with the nursing staff who used the traditional nursing training int
